Authenticity and Provenance Art
The Nakago (blade shank) boasts an authentic signature: "Okeru Toto Chounsai Tsunatoshi Tsukuru" , complete with the date 1865. Chounsai Tsunatoshi is a highly regarded swordsmith from the Edo/Meiji period, whose work is recognized for its technical excellence and aesthetic value. You will be captivated by the beautiful and delicate structure of the Hada , which testifies to the extraordinary precision and artistry with which the blade was made. Every detail is evidence of hundreds of hours of work and mastery.
Luxurious and Quality Components
This Katana is equipped with original Japanese Fuchi from the EDO period , decorated with precious gold , which give the sword an unmistakable historical touch and a touch of luxury. The copper Habaki with gold foil not only fulfills its function, but also adds elegance to the sword. The modern Menuki , also made in Japan, perfectly complement the overall look. The handle (Tsuka) is covered with genuine stingray leather with a distinctive "stone" , which ensures a firm and comfortable grip.
Koshirae, with modern manufacturing, then ensures that the sword is ready for display or handling with an elegance that underscores its historical value.
